Northampton DCH produces the numbers published by Northampton Borough Council

It as flogged off 8,634 leaving NBC with 11,710 properties and an affordable housing crisis

* Due to a very sharp rise in the number of homelessness applications received, and a shortage of affordable rented housing, there has been a significant increase in the total number of households living in temporary accommodation compared to last year. This is in common with the rest of the County, and national trends.
