Flat once you have been a tenant for 3 years you would get a discount of 50% the max discount of 70% would be at 15 qualifying years

House once you have been a tenant for 3 years you would get a discount of 35% the max discount  of 70% would be at 40 qualifying years

*Whatever percentage you are eligible for the discount cannot be greater than £78,600
