Will the council flog off 58% of its homes on the open market?

Northampton Borough Council have published list of its social housing values, this was done on data from March 2015 when the council housing stock was 11,854

Northampton Defend Council Housing (NDCH) state that the data shows that 58% of the stock as a Market Value of over £100,000

NDCH state that we need to wait and see what the Government mean by ‘Higher Value’ must flog off the high value stock

    Who is capable of the truth of the matter as it would benefit the tenants to know where they stand and that they are secure tenants.
