£9.69 million hole in council rent expectations

DCH look at rent drop

 

 

 

 

 

Northampton Defend Council Housing have made the following assumptions:-

Rent roll (June 2015) is £53.75 million

That stock numbers don’t change (which we know will by RTB)

We have based it on the assumption that rents would rise by 2.5% annually

We now know (post budget) that rents will drop by 1% annually
