Why are developers having wet dreams?

The following as been sent to NBC and its ALMO

Stack of gold coins

To Whom It May Concern:

I write to inform you that questions are being asked about Spencer Haven

It would be handy to get a reply one way or the other, to the question is Spencer Haven on the proposed hit list of the 442 sheltered housing units to be decommissioned.

If NO then it would perhaps be helpful to know before we (Northampton Defend Council Housing) start a targeted campaign of information

We have looked at Spencer Haven in some detail and our view is it would seen to be wet dream for any developer (see link)

Regards,

Mr Norman Adams

Chair Northampton Defend Council Housing

Spencer Haven is a wet dream to a developer
