The Chartered Institute of Housing has warned that the industry could ‘grind to a halt’ unless the government commits to a long-term rent-setting policy.

In a report compiled alongside housing association London & Quadrant, the CIH has outlined potential options for beyond 2015, when the current rent regime is due to end.
